Refund Policy

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, Premium Electronic Trade would be happy to exchange or refund it –at our own discretion -as long as:

  • It is within 5 business days from the return request date.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, invoice).
  • The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories received with it.
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.
  • Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. The value shall not include any shipping charges.
  • All claims for shortages/ misshipments /misbillings/returns must be made within 1 day of delivery.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.
  • Important note: In the event that the package was opened and resulted in damaging the product, then the customer must directly contact the manufacturer or ag•ent.

Warranty

  • In respect to third party products, the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the third party manufacturer or agent.
  • The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation use or maintenance; actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the customer or accidental or willful damage.
  • The repairing location will depend on the third party repairing policy. FillCart will inform the customer with the third party’s contact information and repair facility. The repairing period depends on the manufacturer’s agent but is in general 1 – 7 days, weekends and legal vacations are not included.
  • If the warranty sticker is removed, the warranty is considered void. If items are returned without their boxes and packages, the warranty may be considered void as well.
  • The customer will be informed of the repairing cost before the item is worked on by the agent.
  • If a serial number is removed from the product or not visible the product will be considered out of warranty.
  • In the case of sending your product for servicing under warranty please make sure that product is returned with all its packaged components and its package intact as received.
  • By accepting the invoice the client is in agreement that all components are in good condition and all warranty conditions are acceptable as above.
