Refund Policy
If you change your mind and would like to return your product, Premium Electronic Trade would be happy to exchange or refund it –at our own discretion -as long as:
- It is within 5 business days from the return request date.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, invoice).
- The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
- Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. The value shall not include any shipping charges.
- All claims for shortages/ misshipments /misbillings/returns must be made within 1 day of delivery.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.
- Important note: In the event that the package was opened and resulted in damaging the product, then the customer must directly contact the manufacturer or ag•ent.
